Have to admit, we usually use a different company for carpet cleanings but this was an emergency need for a job that needed to be done within 4 days on a holiday weekend. Our regular was not available for weeks. All the name brand places were also not available. Along comes thumbtack where we have had good luck in the past. Dimensional services was the first to respond. They were available at exactly the time we needed. They communicated promptly & just completed the job. Dimensional services will be getting our future jobs.

Commercial Cleaning

I was looking for someone to clean my sofas. Todd got back to me within hours of my search and then came out the next day and was on time for the job ( actually 15 min early). His work was quick and the job itself was wonderful! Couches look and smell great! Thank you and will be reaching back out next time I need them done!

Upholstery and Furniture Cleaning

I had some very old furniture cleaned. The whole room feels cleaner, and the cushions smell so much better. They were very courteous and detailed in their work.

Carpet Cleaning

Todd was wonderful. The carpet looked like new. All spots were removed and the carpets looked wonderful. We were so glad we hired him and would recommend him to others. We had contacted another company that we had heard was good and when they arrived to do the job, the price was twice as expensive than their quote. We refused and turned to Dimensional. Their price was so low that we worried that the job might not be as good. But it was. We will continue to use his services in the future and send our friends and families to Todd.

Carpet Cleaning

They came when scheduled and did a good job and ended up billing me considerably less than the estimate they gave me over the phone! I had them clean some rugs, one of which was badly pet stained. The stains did not come out, but I don’t fault them. The stains were old and ingrained and I doubt anything could get them out. The overall cleaning of the rugs in a dining room, closed in porch and living room area rug was well done.

Carpet Cleaning

We had our carpets cleaned in anticipation of a new move in. They look like new. Very professional job done. I would readily recommend them. Plan to use their services again when needed.

Upholstery and Furniture Cleaning

Tod showed up right on time. He did an excellent job cleaning my three chairs at a very reasonable rate. They look like new. I will definitely hire him again.
